Online Marketing Manager
(Location: Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility for this role is to create, implement, track and report on SEO campaigns
- Create detailed search engine optimization recommendations for assigned sites
- Track and report search engine referrals, keyword rankings and other SEO traffic metrics for assigned sites
- Implement strategies for attaining high rankings for relevant, high-volume search terms
- Research, create and deliver a long-term SEO strategy for the channel that complies with best practice standards and will drive sustainable traffic
- Use a data-driven approach via web analytics for monitoring and reporting on SEO campaigns
- Interface with clients, account managers, and strategic leads to deliver for clients across a wide array of industries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in online marketing, with at least directly managing 5 large scale online marketing programs
- Experience with all forms of digital marketing including mobile, social media, social commerce and display; proven ability to significantly increase sales and maximize efficiency in a very competitive space

- Making daily and monthly sales report according to the SOP
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Bachelor’s degree, any field
- 5-8+ years of proven experience in sales
- Having experience of B2B sales in media industry is an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Alternate between writing newscast and reporting in the field
- Generate story pitches and set-up stories
- Write and edit news-of-day stories
- Cover assigned events and other news and feature stories with editor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from any major
- Able to speak and write in English fluently
- Min 1 year related experience and/or equivalent in news organization
- Ability to utilize desktop application including Microsoft Office, IT Savvy
- Inquisitive and excellent technical writing skill with demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Must be a strong writer with the ability to break-down complex topics

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
(Location: Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the local operation in the day-to-day accounting & month end/year-end closing
- Ensure timelines of submission of monthly /year-end financial reports to HQ (S’pore)
- Prepare weekly cash forecast
- Ensure compliance with group policies/procedures as well as other regulatory requirements
- Manage inter-company reconciliation
- Manage bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly balance sheet items listings (or called audit schedules)
- Review balance sheet items and Profit and Loss reports
- Establish and maintain accounting standardization of accounting procedures and compliance with standards
- Continuously identify areas for improvements in operations efficiency and management reporting
- Assist to prepare company payroll
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and liaise with the finance personnel from the HQ
- Perform financial analysis and commentary of accounts
- Update Headcount reports
Requirements:
- Conversant in English is a MUST
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or Professional Certificate (eg, ACCA) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences of which 3 years handling full-sets of accounts
- Experience in an accounting shared service operations, audits & policy compliances
- Strong in communications, supervisory skills candidate preferably
- Strong personality with high integrity
- Multi-tasking, team player plus “can do” altitude and able to work independently
- Experienced in multinational company is a plus
- Conversant in excel, win-word and power point
- Ability to work under pressure within tight timeline
- Tax Consultant Brevet A - B in Indonesian Taxation
