Online Marketing Manager

(Location: Jakarta)

 Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility for this role is to create, implement, track and report on SEO campaigns
• Create detailed search engine optimization recommendations for assigned sites
• Track and report search engine referrals, keyword rankings and other SEO traffic metrics for assigned sites
• Implement strategies for attaining high rankings for relevant, high-volume search terms
• Research, create and deliver a long-term SEO strategy for the channel that complies with best practice standards and will drive sustainable traffic
• Use a data-driven approach via web analytics for monitoring and reporting on SEO campaigns
• Interface with clients, account managers, and strategic leads to deliver for clients across a wide array of industries.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in online marketing, with at least directly managing 5 large scale online marketing programs
• Experience with all forms of digital marketing including mobile, social media, social commerce and display; proven ability to significantly increase sales and maximize efficiency in a very competitive space
• Experience in all aspects of strategic marketing and tactical executions
• Must be self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize many tasks across various teams within the organization
• Oversee strategic planning activities and implementation of tactical programs

 Event Manager

(Location: Jakarta)

 Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the venues, vendors and suppliers used by the events industry
• Risk management skills and knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
• Knowledge of the entertainment and hospitality industries
• Good communication and people skills
• Negotiation and public relations skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Decision-making skills
• Skill in managing finances, budgets and large groups of people.

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Bachelor’s degree, any field
• 3-5+ years of proven experience in an event organizer environment especially in an exhibition and conference organizer
• Having experience in event marketing to promote to both the public and trade
• Have exhibitions sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, good negotiator and good at presentation
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Adequate ability to write and speak English
• An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skill
• Creative, confident, imaginative and innovative
• Able to work to strict deadlines
• Possess an eye for detail

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

(Location: Jakarta)

 Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the local operation in the day-to-day accounting & month end/year-end closing
• Ensure timelines of submission of monthly /year-end financial reports to HQ (S’pore)
• Prepare weekly cash forecast
• Ensure compliance with group policies/procedures as well as other regulatory requirements
• Manage inter-company reconciliation
• Manage bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly balance sheet items listings (or called audit schedules)
• Review balance sheet items and Profit and Loss reports
• Establish and maintain accounting standardization of accounting procedures and compliance with standards
• Continuously identify areas for improvements in operations efficiency and management reporting
• Assist to prepare company payroll
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and liaise with the finance personnel from the HQ
• Perform financial analysis and commentary of accounts
• Update Headcount reports

Requirements:

• Conversant in English is a MUST
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or Professional Certificate (eg, ACCA) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences of which 3 years handling full-sets of accounts
• Experience in an accounting shared service operations, audits & policy compliances
• Strong in communications, supervisory skills candidate preferably
• Strong personality with high integrity
• Multi-tasking, team player plus “can do” altitude and able to work independently
• Experienced in multinational company is a plus
• Conversant in excel, win-word and power point
• Ability to work under pressure within tight timeline 
• Tax Consultant Brevet A - B in Indonesian Taxation
