Head Of Marketing

Responsibilities:

 

Define and implement Marketing strategy

  • Develop and implement PropertyGuru’s marketing plans to meet the Company’s overall business objectives. Plans cover Consumer (online / offline), property agent and Property Developer (BtB) audiences
  • Track progress on plan (KPIs) and redirect plan & resources
  • Conduct relevant market research and monitor trends in related industries to deepen PropertyGuru’s insights in its relevant markets
  • Coach and develop the Marketing team to become world-class
  • Co-operate with and give guidance to sales teams to capture new business opportunities
     Management
  • Inspire, lead, and develop the Marketing Team to achieve departmental targets (4FTEs)
  • Member of country Management Team

Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop, implement, track creative and impactful marketing campaigns and events.  Campaigns encompass Above-the-Line, Below-the-Line, online, Direct, and social media channels
  • Build and implement an impactful calendar of ongoing engagement with our key audiences: real estate agents, Developers, and property seekers (consumers)
  • Initiate and lead agency partnership discussions

 

Requirements:

  • A strategic thinker not afraid to get their hands dirty
  • Creative, but with approaches rooted into solid factual underpinning
  • Dynamic, unconventional and energetic, ability to think on your feet can excel despite the occasional lack of structure
  • A true team player; and situational leader
  • At least 7 years marketing experience, including consumer marketing and  ideally also Business to Business
  • Demonstrated superior skills in brand management, marcom & media 360 campaigns
  • A proven leadership track record
  • At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field
  • Preferably specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Public Relations/Communications or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and at least 1 other local language
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Account Director

Jakarta Raya

 

Responsibilities:

The bottom line is sales. The senior account manager is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, creating, developing new accounts from new clients and maintaining existing sales accounts. A senior account manager holds a dynamic position that sometimes involves working around the clock and coach a team of account executive juniors to prepare sales proposals and conduct sales calls. There can also be travel to client business sites while expanding a client base for particular goods and services.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Bachelor’s degree, any field
  • 5-8+ years of proven experience in sales, leadership and project management
  • Having experience of B2B sales in media industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, Negotiating and closing deals
  • Computer savvy – experienced CRMS user
  • Written and verbal communication, including presentation of products or services with adequate ability to write and speak English
  • An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, high motivation, resilient, fast learner and has strong analytical skill

  

 

 

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Searching new client and maintaining the existing.
  • Monitoring sales activity, to ensuring the implementation of sales program.
  • Updating account profile.
  • Making sales plan and implement it.
  • Develops database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking. 
  • Making daily and monthly sales report according to the SOP.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Bachelor’s degree, any field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales
  • Having experience of salesin media industryt is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, Good negotiator and good presentation
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Adequate ability to write and speak English
  • An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skill
