Verde Two

Verde Two is a vertical residence that maximizes views in a state-of-the-art modern home as well as an overall property that provides unparalleled amenities in a lush garden setting. Each residence is comprised of a modern loft-style living space which includes an open kitchen and dining area with wraparound floor-to-ceiling glass wall and terrace. Composed of two towers; East and West; they hold subtle differences. East Tower is more formal while the West Tower offers a more playful and active environment in the amenities areas. The concept is a balance between new and modern with hints of tradition and the airs of luxurious resort. The progression of the public spaces was designed as an allusion to the sequencing of the batik design process. The lobby is elegantly dressed in white stone and the batik-inspired screen; once leaves the lobby, residents are lured down a decorated wall towards the elegantly fitted mailroom, to a library and parlor areas composed with vertical brass finishes and decorative screens. At the end of the corridors, residents are introduced to a pre-function room and a ballroom. Other exceptional features are a screening room, a spa and fitness suite, a cigar Room, and a game room.
