Secara kuartalan, indeks harga properti berada pada angka 112,5 atau naik tipis 0,3% dari kuartal sebelumnya. Namun secara year-on-year (YoY), mengalami kenaikan sebesar 6%. Meski demikian, suplai properti turun sebesar 5%, menjadi indikasi dampak pandemi terhadap sektor properti.

Dengan menggunakan data Rumah.com Indonesia Property Market Index Kuartal IV 2019, kammi melakukan overview kondisi properti nasional di Q1 2020. Secara kuartalan, indeks harga properti berada pada angka 112,1 atau naik tipis 0,3% dari kuartal sebelumnya. Namun secara year-on-year (YoY), mengalami kenaikan sebesar 7%. Kenaikan harga properti secara tahunan ini lebih banyak didorong oleh pertumbuhan harga rumah tapak, yang mengalami kenaikan sebesar 8% (YoY).

The Rumah.com Indonesia Property Market Index (RIPMI) shows that the property market witnessed a solid year in 2019, with the most notable rise in asking prices coming in Q3, despite seeing some heated political situations in the previous quarters. The final quarter of the year, meanwhile, saw the price index increase 7% year-on-year (YoY).
